We had our money with MD Management for many years. About a year ago I noticed that significant and repeated errors were made regarding our RESP contributions. They made good on some of the errors, however I then began watching more closely and noticed other significant errors and problematic actions. Since choosing to leave it has been a very difficult process to get them to transfer our money to our new financial institution. 10 months later they are not responding to requests for transfer on what remains there. Incompetence and carelessness seems to be a systemic problem.
