I would not recommend using this company for medical billing needs. They are difficult to work with and very secretive and non transparent about their practices. We were optimistic in the beginning but then found so many errors were being made and we encountered many road blocks when trying to work with anybody about resolution. Very slow response times on denials and we have lost thousands of dollars with delayed timely filing despite my office responding to tickets right away. To top it off they made the transition away from their company very difficult and continued to charge me the monthly minimum fee even if only collecting a nominal amount. If you are paying any attention to your billing and AR then you will soon see this is not the company for you.
