Amazing customer service from the 2 people working tonight! I accidently booked my daughter's birthday party for the wrong day and they still accommodated us! They got us a table ready and let us order our pizzas right away. All the kids had so much fun. I can't say enough how much I appreciate the staff tonight!

Although they have added more games, and a particular kind young man was very helpful.....me and my grandson got very sick from the food. I think it was the cheese for the pretzels. Our guts twisted so badly shortly after eating the pretzels, it was all we had ate up to that point on that day. It hurt so badly we were both in agony, and you can imagine what happened after the pain began. Our bodies rejected the spoiled cheese sauce. I believe that it needs to be changed out. Having had a food service card in my younger days... I remember the rules for proper food storage. I have had little sleep to say the least. Get a handle on that food guys..... Or at least the cheese sauce. It was hot but it tasted like a salty glob of cheese flavored plastic. TO THE YOUNG GENTLEMAN ....THANK YOU FOR YOUR KINDNESS.
