Hi, I've contacted you literally countless times giving you my health insurance information, and via every means available – phone, letters, online system, emails, as well as in person at the hospital, and you continue to refuse to process my claim. I just received the most ridiculous letter from you, as follows:
“we have identified you have eligibility with [insurance plan], but we not have sufficient information to file a claim with your carrier. If we are unable to validate your insurance coverage, we may send you a bill.”
OK?? so basically what you are saying is that you know I'm covered, but you refuse to file the claim. I've literally given you all the information I have countless times. I've given the exact same information to the ambulance service and testing service I used that same night, and they both processed my claims correctly, so I have no idea why you cannot do the same, and further, it's not my problem anymore that you can't! I'm not a medical biller, you are! I've given you all the information, and if you don't know how to process it correctly, that's on you. That's your job, not mine.
