I picked up a Meddy Teddy at the Seonda Yoga Festival and I am in love 😍 It’s such a fun and adorable way to tap into teaching yoga, meditation and mindfulness to kids and adults too! It’s really well made and easy to pose. I can’t wait to order the books to dive deeper into Meddy Teddy’s world!
