We recently needed a new CD manufacturer for our indie label that could offer better customer service than other pressing plants we've dealt with as well as offer competitive pricing. I came across Media Tek just by Googling for CD replication and browsing different companies. They had some great deals on their site that caught my attention. To make a long story short, I ended up trying them out for our latest release and I can't tell you enough how friendly and on-point Sana from Media Tek was in handling our order from start to finish. We needed the CDs by a certain date that was not far from the order date and they were delivered to us a week earlier than our deadline. The final product came out perfect and they were shipped double-boxed so the CDs arrived safely and undamaged. I've been releasing CDs since the late 90s and I can say that my experience with Media Tek has been one of the smoothest and easiest to this day. Wish I had found these guys sooner! They definitely have gained a new repeat customer, as we will continue to call upon them for all of our future titles. I highly recommend you use Media Tek Optical for production of your CD/DVD products. This is coming from someone who has done business with more than 10 different replication/duplication companies over the past 20 years working for various labels as well as my own. You won't find better people, quality or pricing elsewhere.
