Horrible experience. They insisted on making me pay over $2,000 instead of sending it to Cigna which is what my insurance card expressly says. I asked for an invoice and it was a whole thing. They were rude and unhelpful throughout the entire process. I ended up leaving without being seen which I have never done ever. Beware!

Went here for an MRI and X-rays. The technicians are great except your appointment time means nothing. There is a long wait. Be careful about paying any money upfront. They way overestimate ( in my case almost 4X the amount I really owed) (and tack on a $20 charge for using a credit card) and then it is virtually impossible to get a refund even with insurance statements proving the amount you truly owe. They won't pick up the phone or return emails, not even from my insurance company. I find this highly unethical.

most accommodating place in LA, the culture of these places if you know are very often entitled bitchy people, everyone was sweet and they helped through two scans back to back and worked with my crazy travel schedule, I rarely post reviews, this was well deserved 5 stars my recommendation!
