Medical Spa NW was a wonderful experience. I contacted them about a Cool Sculpting procedure. From the complimentary consultation to the actual procedure, Rikki and Dr. Klein were awesome. They explained every single thing that would or could happen. There were no surprises. It was a great experience, with very little discomfort. I'm so happy I did it.

My experience here was fantastic. I felt apprehensive about doing this in the beginning. I feel uncomfortable in plastic surgery settings so when I found out this was cool sculpting only, I decided to give it a try. WOW! It was like going to a spa for the day, I felt like queen for a day! They pamper you, are super friendly and they do everything possible to make you comfortable. I was there for three hours and they bought and paid for lunch of my choice and it was served to me as I relaxed with many pillows and blankets. The pricing was reasonable and to top it off they gave me a $50.00 discount for traveling all the way from Shoreline for my treatments. This is the only place in my opinion to have cool sculpting done! (One last thing...lots of free parking:)

Very good experience here with Rikki and Erin. Despite the big challenge of not knowing exactly how things would go for me as a patient, I had no surprises at all. Rikki and Erin were comprehensive in explaining everything that could happen, so I wasn't caught off guard. Everything I experienced was something they discussed, including the improvements! I had very visible improvements in between my 2 visits. It was a huge relief, and I'm so glad I visited Rikki and Erin for this.
