I have tried to contact these people several times and never recieve a response. I have been trying to get my car damage appraised for over a year now! First through Pronto insurance and they gave it to these people. Its rediculous to have to wait over a year to settle this claim

Well they are claiming to have done an appraisal that they could not have possibly done on a car that was stolen and then recovered at a tow yard 150 miles away from this office, the day after Thanksgiving. And also wrote in their "appraisal" that the low quality photos they took, beyond a doubt, proves that the borrower of the loan taken out on this car, Obviously abused the vehicle. When the car was just stolen and the "borrower" never even had a chance to inspect the car because Mega Appraisers Client, the Finance Company, auctioned the vehicle off 4 days later.

There is a situation that you are looking lower rating which doesn't exist lower than one. Let me tell you why. I been strewed up with them for my car insurance claim, they did not professional appraising, they do respond with an estimate a week later, even there material damage supervisor Grigor didn't want to correct the mistakes they made. I would recommend all the independent auto repair shops and body shops do not except there presence for an estimate.
