Just a quick note of a great success I had with MEGA through Rob Anrud. Rob works more like a partner than most in helping with everything from tax analysis and UW scenarios to dissecting issues, and in this one particular case, he pulled a rabbit out of a hat. MEGA is converting a turndown from another lender, one I seriously thought was going to be a major challenge. But he believed in the loan and fought for it. We will be closing later this week. Thank you Rob! :)
