Megan is excellent at helping people with undiagnosed GI issues. She can help you manage your symptoms through a dramatically improved diet and appropriate supplements. Her solid, practical recommendations and guidance is flexible enough to work with a busy lifestyle and still get results. She also knows enough to recommend other avenues to explore with doctors and specialists. She is an excellent team player and works towards full resolution of the problems. I thought that working over phone or email might be an issue, but it has never been a problem.

I joined Megan's Debunk the Detox webinar. I highly value Megan's ability to teach in an approachable and honest way. Her presentation style is relaxed, authentic, and informative. I participated in Megan's Eating for Health live online nutrition class. I learned so many fun ways to jazz up my meals. The information is accessible and I am still inspired by her wisdom even a year after taking the class. She has incredible recipes that are easy to follow. The GF banana carrot muffins are still my fav, along with the nourishing mushroom broth, and her veggie chili. Megan is Magnificent! I would recommend her to anyone looking for practical, holistic, creative, and nourishing lifestyle advice.
