Morgan thee Manager knows what he is doing and well experienced in customer satisfaction. I saw him turn around three walk in customers day from awful to wanting to pay just because they want the same excellent service next go around. Morgan said I got you and I believed him a Hard worker and two great tecs that get cars done daily. Now I'm chilling because the new AC rocks THX Tecs. The place is clean inside and no garbage in the parking lot area. These guys keep their word about pricing and letting you know your choices as they work on a vehicle. This location was very busy and so best if you call first and schedule a time slot to drop it off. I would tell a friend to go here. Also patience helps
HORRIBLE / INCOMPETENT/ UNPROFESSIONAL Went in for a simple diagnostic test. Found an issue with my emissions system, which required more testing. Ryan, the “manager”, told me it was only a sensor issue. Dropped $400 on the replacement, then my car stalled less than a block away from the shop. Took it back and listened as the crew, watched YouTube or some other site trying to figure what the issue was. They couldn’t tell if my car was turbo (it’s not), if they had the right part, or if they put it in correctly. Later told me it would be an additional $900. I asked how, Ryan claimed that GM “suggested” that the entire system be changed. HE DIDNOT TELL ME THIS INITIALLY, or i wouldn’t have had the work done. When asked why he didn’t tell me that before I approved the work, he said he didn’t know. TALK ABOUT INCOMPETENT, he didn’t know what that meant, btw. I took a copy of my diagnostic test to a CERTIFIED GM MECHANIC. The test showed I had a “emissions” issues, which required more testing. Ryan and his “master” technicians neither offered or performed any additional testing. They simply changed the “sensor”, and my car hasn’t been right since. Called corporate, can’t tell you how that went, because they have responded. Actually called 3x, no response! I’ve never experienced such subpar service. I have coworker, who used to swear by this same garage until “super manager” Ryan took over. Apparently the service and quality went down hill. Wish he would’ve told me before I went in. My experience was nothing like those who rave about the “great” customer service, and the corporate office isn’t any better.seems they only want your money and don’t care about how horrible and incompetent their crews are. The corporate office only frustrates the matter more, as they are just basically a messenger service which doesn’t respond to complaints. I believe Ryan knew this as well, because he quickly offered the number. For my fellow vets BE CAREFUL! I am a veteran, they have a veteran’s discount. On my initial payment, the “caring” Ryan did not offer /inform me of this, even though I paid with a USAA card. However when he quoted me for the additional work, he quickly offered the discount, like he was doing me a favor! Unless you have money to throw away, are a masochist, or just want to be ignored, you can find better service probably at your local high school auto shop class. Final advice if you do visit here, have your lawyer on speed dial, unless you’re one of the “gracious” Ryan’s misguided fans, you’re probably gonna need him. 🗑️🗑️🗑️🗑️🗑️🗑️🗑️🗑️🗑️🗑️! They even force you to give them at least a 1⭐️rating, lol, undeserving, shows how 🗑️ this company is. The 5⭐️ ratings are probably company generated. JOKE COMPANY!
