I don’t usually like to write these kinds of reviews but I felt like since they kept hounding me to leave a review.. might as well be honest.
I took my car in for break inspection. Asked them to only fix the breaks that were making the loud noise when I hit the breaks.
They fixed the breaks othat weren't even making the noise.. and when I was surprised by the total seeing how they didn’t fix my issue, the guy responded with “ well, thats what you get for driving a fancy car”
Now I have a new constant noise on the breaks they “replaced”
Very unhappy. Will not be returning.
Super friendly, took the time to explain everything to me in terms that i could understand. Had my brakes done there and they had the best prices I could find in the Tacoma area. They were able to get my car in that same day and got it done super fast. I will definitely be going back for future car work.
Update to review- this shop is always so helpful and friendly and have always gone above and beyond to make sure I've been satisfied in their service. They honored a warranty they did NOT have to-saving me 700$! I am yet again, beyond satisfied and will for sure be going back for future work.
