Dr. Linhauer has helped me so much through the years. Now that I am older my eyes really need that extra care, time and thoroughness he provides. I really feel like he cares about me, my vision and my health. He is also very kind. I highly recommend him.

Very disappointed with Mel’s operation. I bought a pair of glasses in December for about $550. The lenses had been fastened on to two needle size studs they just buy open and close them over the last four months snapped one of the temples off of the glass. I drop them off for warranty and they tell me about two weeks later that the manufacturer doesn’t have any replacements. I ask if I can work this out and get a fair amount of money back towards new frames. It takes this location over seven weeks to get me an answer and at the end the receptionist tells me they can give me 160 bucks. So $160 towards glasses that I spent $550 for. The location refuses to work with me and therefore I’ve lost my investment. My five children and wife as well as myself will never go back to this location.
