I had a scheduled appointment at 11:15AM. I checked in at 11:00 AM just for them to disregard my appointment time. Im waiting and waiting while all these patients that got here after me are getting checked in the back. I ask the receptionist whats going in with my appointment/ how much longer I need to wait, and she tells me there are more than 5 patients in front of me. She said this place is first come first serve. COMPLETELY disregarding my damn appointment that i had called to schedule TWO WEEKS IN ADVANCE!!! Completely disappointed in this location and their staff. Will not be coming to this location EVER again! Do NOT waste your time.

Scam! They just want to book appointments so they can charge insurance for office visits that gives you zero relevant answers. Pregnant daughter has been seen by them 3x and not once have they given her an ultrasound to hear baby’s heartbeat. This is her first pregnancy so she doesn’t know what to expect from a doctors visit. They overbook because other people in waiting room were in there just as long or longer. Waited 3 hours to be seen at appointment. Told her to go buy her own prenatal vitamins instead of being prescribed. This place is a scam. Will be changing my daughter’s doctor and do not recommend this doctors office!
