The 5 stars are all for the clothes, I love their style and materials. I have to say this store has some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I think someone should look into this. I have 2 friends who came to look around and were totally ignored. Then I came yesterday with a friend (Saturday Oct 23) around 230pm. I bought a purple blazer, a leopard printed sleeveless dress and pants. The cashier was actually super nice. But the blonde older lady working the floor was absolutely infuriating. She approached me between 6 and 8 times offering help and advice. Every single time I politely told her that I don't need help. To top it off, every item she pointed out was not my style at all and I specifically asked her to please allow me to look around. If you review the camera footage you will see she stayed close to me and continued to talk to me over and over. I actually stopped shopping because I was so frustrated. I paid at the til and informed the kind cashier that this lady was borderline harassing me. I went home and spent an additional $900 online. If you want to verify this my order # is 12586175. I would have spent this in store if this lady wasn't hounding me. I would love to shop more at this location but I don't feel comfortable being around this woman ever again so I guess I am forced to shop online. I hope this feedback will be taken constructively I can guarantee this woman is negative affecting your in store sales.
**edit... I also want to add that she fraudulently took commissions for the items I purchased. She chased me up to the cash register to lie to the cashier that she helped me. I told her I chose all these items myself and she specifically did the opposite of helping me so my only ask was to be allowed to shop in peace and she could not hold herself back from continuously talking to me.
