The food was pretty good, I had the veal parm and the serving was huge but the cel was a bit over breaded however the taste was quite good and the meat was very tender. The stuffed pepper app was excellent, very good flavor balance and a large app (two of us didn't finish it). The service was great, our waitress was on top of things but not overly watchful which allowed us to talk. The ambiance is that of a family restaurant, it's nothing fancy but cozy.

Absolutely hands down THE BEST AUTHENTIC sauce recipe anywhere within 300 miles. Family owned and operated. The wait staff not only are friendly but have been the same for decades... Even the girls that I went to school with that worked there are still there... And now their kids are starting out their work lives there as well! The food is amazing... The owners are terrific!!! You can walk in for the first time and feel like you've been there thousands of times... And will be treated as though you have. The pricing isnt over the top and you definitely will need a Togo box. They haven't updated much and it's a good thing. You get that rustic, nostalgic feel of being at Gramma and Paps for a Sunday dinner. 10 of 10 would recommend!!! ALSO, best chef statue you'll ever see in in the bar area!!!
