I have been to multiple Men's Wearhouse between California and here, and this is by far the best store I have seen. From now on, this location will be the only Men's Wearhouse store I will go to. The place is unbelievably clean and organized. From the moment I walk into the store, until the moment I leave, I am given the best customer service. I am sorry, I do not remember the name of the gentleman who helped me, but he was awesome and super friendly. The manager came in last minute to help me pick out a tie, and her taste in fashion is remarkable. What I like about this store is they have a very diverse set of people, the manager is a woman from Europe, and all her employees are of different nationalities. It is a very welcoming place.

RENTERS AND BUYERS BEWARE! Store manager, Zinaida Dobrovolskaya, is a liar and thief. She will makes false accusations and keep your money. Be careful if she is assisting with your purchase. She was rude and made assumptions that were categorically false. I will never use the Men's Warehouse located at 7295 Arroyo Crossing ever again!

The manager ZINA dont want to accept any return if not bought from this location. i even called customer service and have them called her, A Manager that doesnt know the store policy. 90 days!! i have the item for 2 days! whats the point of customer service? if she dont follow the store policy??? customer service told me go back to that store we will talk to her so u can return your item. but she wont budge! she claiming its not purchased from her store so she wont take rerturns. I hope someone in a higher position talk to her about return policy. she needs a proper traing about store policy! and how to follow customer service....very scary attitude... driving away customers...no wonder that location was empty.
