Honestly, I get better service at Macy and kinder employees then at Men's warehouse.
This is the final time I'm trying. I'm unsure if the way I dress screams I do not have money - but everytime I walk in I'm ignored until I flag someone down.
We were looking to update my husband's wardrobe but we ended up just walking out with a few shirts and a tie because no one was willing to help us then more then 2 seconds at a time.
It's fusterating when you really are looking for help and you would assume people who work at a place called "mens warehouse" could help but I felt in the way.
I'll go to places who want to be of help in the future. Save your money and your patience and find a company that cares.
I went to Men's Warehouse to buy a new suit for a wedding and buy some other pieces as my "dress up" wardrobe was a bit out of date. The service was excellent and made me feel very comfortable. The only problem was that my suit pants weren't in stock and would need ordered and tailored. No problem, I thought...
Upon receiving my pants in the mail, I went back to the store to have them hemmed. After being measured, I was informed there was a $35 fee for tailoring! Please keep in mind, only a week before I spent $1,200 there -$600 on the suit and $600 on shirts ties and other items. Now they charge $35 for alterations...
(Custom suits start bewtween $600 and $800 depending on the brand, according to the website. I wish I had checked!)
The salesman, who couldn't have been nicer, said the only suits with free alterations are custom order suits. This is a great racket because any suit pants you buy are not hemmed.
Buyer beware...
