Went there to purchase an overcoat on New Year's day. The sales person (a girl) was super helpful and kind. She helped me choose the coat and I bought it and left the store. But after a couple of days of using the cost I started noticing some issues in the coat (threads peeling off randomly). I went back to return the coat (dust preference was refund but if the policy didn't allow that then I was open to take a store credit). But the person who helped me with returns (a male, apparently Assistant Manager) was very rude. He said that it's been a week hence he cannot do a refund and only issue a gift card. I asked him why not and his response was very rude. I pressed again and he said to my face that he doesn't have time to handle my things and issue a refund in an unpleasant manner that made me very uncomfortable. Later I checked the receipt and it clearly states they have a 90 days return policy. For no reason this person gave me a hard time. I will never go back to this store. I have 2 starts for the person while.helped me purchase it as she was super nice and really customer friendly.

Called this location looking for a specific sports coat for my husband that was put in a wedding last minute we are in Florida desperately trying to find it in his size this store took the time to locate the very last jacket in the whole company and we were able to call the Oregon store and get it shipped to Florida in time for the wedding I can not thank these people enough ❤️

I visited the Men's Wearhouse store today and had the pleasure of being assisted by Katie in finding a shirt and tie combination. She asked for my personal style preferences, guided me through a few options, and we found the perfect shirt and tie combination in less than 20 minutes. The level of service truly exceeded my expectations.
