The worst customer service. I do not usually write reviews but today I experienced the worst customer service ever. If I could give minus 5 stars I would. Their Sales rep was very disrespectful over the phone. Had the audacity to say she didn’t have to respect me as a paying customer. After I bought 2 suits from them. My assistant called back to file a complaint and was rudely hung up on. I am saddened by the way we were treated by these individuals after we bought 2 suits from their business and was going to buy more after we received the 2 suits. However, after this mistreatment, I will never buy from this place ever again. I can not with a clear conscious recommend a place that do not respect returning customers, just customers in general. That’s Business 101. If you want the best shopping experience then Beware of this place. Go elsewhere!! There are better quality suits at cheaper prices on Amazon. Most importantly, customer service is integral to the Amazon shopping experience. I hope MensUSA/MensItaly management read this review and take steps to train their sales team in proper and acceptable customer service.

Sent me the wrong suit size,cause they were out of the suit I needed,but charged me $25 to send the suit back to them for exchange, so I sent a money order, but they charged my card again. I asked for a refund, first they said I had to pick another suit,I refused, so they took a restocking fee and kept my $25 and told me I can use it as a store credit. Customer service is not good here and they stole my money.

I purchased 1 pair slacks on-line, for $110.00 thinking for that price they must be great quality. WRONG!!
They have threads sticking out all over, weird stiching on the cuffs. It looks like a 2 years old made them.
If, you buy from them you'll be disappointed and very sorry!! Beware!!!!!
