What a rip off I found out that I could’ve paid a lot less for the equipment that they sold me just a year ago and it broke. They told me there was only a one year warranty called the manufacture and I said there’s a three-year warranty when you call into the company, it goes to someone’s cell phone and they don’t return calls very well. Just wish there was a good pool company the Merced area that didn’t rip you off.

I couldn’t be any happier with their service. Hands-down the best company to go with for any of your swimming pool needs. Mark is very knowledgeable and hands-on. I had been using best pro pool for weekly service until they left me hanging with some repairs which needed to be complete so I could get back up and running again. One phone call to Merced Pools next day had Mark out to inspect and received a very fair quote same day. Scheduled the service needed and I’m back up and running. No gimmicks with this company just fast and reliable service.

Great service and customer service. On-time for service of pool and they stay looking beautiful. Could not be happier with Merced Pools, Angie is amazing too!
