I truly cannot say enough good things about Mercedes, she is an absolute GEM. She walked us through the entire home buying process, helped us find our dream home, and made the whole thing so easy and enjoyable (who knew buying a home could be that way? I didn’t!). She successfully negotiated so many things for us, and helped arrange inspections, quotes, and on and on. Without her to help us navigate everything we would have been lost. On top of that she’s warm and funny, and made it feel like you were out home shopping with a friend. I will absolutely recommend Mercedes to everyone I know!
