I'm not sure about this company. What company doesn't email or take payment over the phone? Well, I've came across this one. With all the money that they're collecting, they should invest in a credit card machine to take payments. Oh just to let you know, email is a FREE SERVICE with google, yahoo, aol etc. This company should get one.

I am giving 1 star not because of they are not good at collecting money from whoever is in bad luck, trust me they know what they are doing. I give 1 star is because they work with J.K Residential Services, one of the worst property management companies in LA area. Search it online and you can find numerous law suits against J.K Residential. Check out those stories, Le Miserable. Many victim cases of J.K Residential services were sold to this company, Merchant Financial Guardian. And many victims were forced to pay what they didn't deserve because the "fabulous work" of Merchants Financial Guardian. It is a good dog I'll say, instead of a guardian. Basically, it is helping those evil merchants to rip people off. They know they have bad clients, that why they told me to "pay as an experience". Well, that's not the kind of experience anyone likes. Remember, a decent collection company doesn't do evil. Hope the management see this.
