It feels like every good barista that has ever worked here since I’ve started going here has found a better job. It’s disappointing because this place used to be good but they’re more focused on being Starbucks now than they are on beating Starbucks.
If a quad shot latte is going to cost me $9 the taste shouldn’t vary as much as it does and shouldn’t dip in quality as much, or as often, as it does.

Great service every time so no complaint there, it's just that for what you pay the drinks disappoint more often than not. And I wish they published their food options on the menu board, it's kind of a "hidden/secret food menu"

the management needs to take better care of its employees!!!! the poor girl SLIPPED AND FELL in the middle of servicing us, bravo to the management for not creating a safe working environment. 10 stars for the employees always. 0 stars for management. DO BETTER!!!!
