I usually don't post reviews unless I have an exceptionally great experience or a not so great one that I feel needs to be said. This one is unfortunate because ask me any other time, but today and I would have said this office is great. Today, I came in for a recheck on 2 fillings I had done one week prior. I was having tooth sensitivity on the area they worked on and wanted to make sure it wasn't something more. I was 4 minutes late, and the front desk person (lady with long curled hair who is usually nice) and the dental assistant ( I think Jessica l am not sure.. she didn't introduce herself) were clearly talking about me and my lateness. I was not greeting at all just looked at annoyed. Was told by the dental assistant " I'll take you back right away" I apologized twice for my tardiness with no response from either one of them. After examination was told by the dental assistant about Tom's sensitivity toothpaste and that I should go buy it at the store. Well, the doctor, Dr. Tomlinson grinded down my filling which she is amazing and took away my sensitivity away almost immediately, proceeded to tell me about the same Tom's Toothpaste but told the dental assistant to give me what they had already had in stock in the back (the full size tube in the picture) it was like the dental assistant knew they had some to offer but didn't want to give me any until the dentist told her to and she had to. I was only expecting a small travel size like the ones they normally give out not the full on tube but it was offered so I thanked the dentist and accepted it. When the dental assistant walked me back out to the front desk to the same lady the only thing she says is "did they tell you you have to buy that toothpaste or did they just give it to you?" With a really rude tone. I said they gave it to me, she said ok and I just walked out. No Merry Christmas or Happy Holidays, or have great day. Just a mean cold shoulder attitude and I think that was uncalled for since it was kind of their fault I even had to come back. Being 4 minutes late should not have warranted that response from them when I've waited longer than that in the waiting room to be seen. I have 3 little children at home, and I barely get anywhere on time anymore. I do the very best I can, so it is unfortunate that I feel like this for something like this. I have never had any issues with anyone there, and everyone except today's staff is always so kind and welcoming. I'll be coming back for my normal cleanings and out of convenience for not having to find a new place that accepts my insurance and the whole thing but I'll have different expectations next time and keep my smiles and apologies to the other staff! The customer service industry is not for everyone. Merry Christmas :)
