I got my daughter’s ear pierced at this location was totally lied about the earrings I was told they were 14k gold not that they were 14k plated. And for plated 14k earrings charging people $100 is rip off
Also the lady was so rude.
When you are dealing with kids rather than being emphatic she was extremely aggressive. I would highly recommend to go to Claire’s if you are planning to get your kids ear pierced. For the same service with real 14k gold earrings that you do not have to worry about getting allergic reaction and replacing them few weeks later, please avoid this place. And also you will pay less money for far better service. Speaking from real experience and seeing my kid in pain … please do not go there

My friend and I got our helix pierced over a year ago and both of ours have not healed. We understand that the healing process takes time and that helix piercing do not always work however, I feel that if she used a needle instead of a gun the healing process would have been better. We even tried switching the earring out however, every pair of earrings we buy never goes through the hole. The standard size of a helix earring does not fit us. This same situation happened to both my friend and I. Thus, I believe that it is their fault. Go to a proper piercing place instead!!

I entered the store and was greeted with rude service I asked were the earrings were and the front desk just seemed miserable to be there. I left right away if I am paying 100$ + for kids earring I expect some good interaction not someone who seems like they hate their life. Why should I invest into your business if you can’t even invest in yours.
