I gave them a one only because I can't give them a zero! Their response was very fast when it came to giving me a quote for a garage door repair. After the technician gave me the quote I issued him a deposit of 20%. Later that day, before any work was done, I called back to cancel that check when I realized I was being overcharged for that repair. (other quote came it at roughly 30% less). They assured me that the check would not be cashed and it would be disposed of immediately. The check was nonetheless cashed and here we are three weeks later. I can't seem to get in touch with anyone that is capable/authorized to refund my money. The spokesman "Dwight" sure talks a good game- service! service! service! not my experience. Don't fall for the sales pitch, look up a local mom and pop. They will beat the price and answer the phone/email/text when you reach out. Yet another example of a company that may have started out with good intentions, but has lost it's way and forgotten that the customer experience is most important.

Leonel came on time and got to work immediately. He was very courteous, professional and friendly. He removed the existing garage door and installed the new one in record time— all under two hours! Amazing! No mistakes, no errors, no redos, no hitches — just quick, efficient and accurate execution of the installation. After he finished, he cleaned up the entire area and patiently explained and pointed in detail everything an owner needs to know regarding maintaining the new full view glass garage door. You have one very happy customer here Mesa! Keep up the good work and may you have many, many more happy customers like me!

I was very happy with the garage door install from Mesa. Their sales and install team were professional, prompt on providing the quote and good at explaining the options. Their installer was very friendly and got the job done quickly. The new garage door looks great and I’m very happy with the results.
