This company’s expects you to have top notch credit when the homes are infested with roaches, kitchen cabinets are falling apart and neighbors are crackheads. I’m glad I’m dodging this bullet. We have great income and rental history. And we are working at building our credit. Yet there’s no exceptions. With how it is now and days, surely the homes will remain empty for a long time.

Mesa property company and manager Esperanza Pitones are an excellent.She helped from repairs and rent out my property very short amount of time. I very happy with her services if anyone wants peace of mind with rental. I definitely recommend Mesa company.

Mark and the team at Mesa has been great from an owners perspective! We use them to rent our house and they did a great job, finding qualified tenants for us to care of all the issues we had and even a major issue the house had that was handled and repaired quickly and efficiently. If you’re looking for property management and high desert, I would highly recommend Mesa properties.
