Dan was super knowledgeable, professional, and gave us excellent advice. We had a water leak, and it was interesting to see his camera find the problem. He took his time and was very accurate. Would call Metric Home Inspections again and highly recommend their services.

I was in need of quick home inspection and Dan came highly recommended. He was able to get me scheduled asap. It was an older home so i wanted to really get a thorough inspection--I've had several home inspections before and was not ready for the level attention to detail that Dan provided. He spent a lot time both up in the attic and the crawlspace. Up in the attic, he looked over the insulation, checked its quality and depth, gave me an estimate of how long before i needed new insulation. He did a full check of the hvac system and he checked the roof deck for hidden leaks. He did the same for the crawl space. He told me the copper pipes were relatively new but that were signs of wood rot underneath one of the showers. He was just as thorough with the inside of the house and the roof. I can't recommend Dan enough!

Found Dan online. He was nearby. Super easy to set up appointment on website. Inspection was done and got super cool report by email showing everything. Super knowledgeable and friendly. Had a thermal camera that showed us missing insulation. We had him sewer scope just to be safe—pipes looked great. Pointed out things we may need to address in future. Fast easy professional friendly. Took a chance, stuck gold with metric home inspections.
