Service bad. Came here before was treated good, last time my wife and i came a few weeks ago they kept telling us to call customer service for any assistance. I understand everyone has a bad day once in a while but this not the 1st time. Young short girl with dark hair needs to be trained in manners and courtesy. I will not be going back, rather pay t mobile l, almost same price.... To the employee, if youre unhappy with your job, make it easy for your co workers n your boss, find something that you like.

I walked in to start service for a cell phone I brought with me The girls working there that weekday said that it wouldn’t work without bothering to try a SIM card to see if it was compatible or not one of the girls just said nope it won’t work just by looking at it SMH! LAZY! They even laughed at me as I walked out the door I felt Discriminated against because I didnt have the money to afford a new phone So I went to another Metro PCS and guess what? My phone was compatible and I was able to start service , terrible customer service Imagine someone Old or disabled can’t make it to another location they’ll turn you away cause they’re lazy and TRICK you into buying a phone that’s more than 100$. you’re working and getting paid so do your job right!! Those girls would benefit from some customer service training!!
