Everyone is so clueless about the promotions Metro has. I don’t think all the employees here have a proper training on what promotions they should be offering and tell you things that are not correct. The multiple times I have been here they still ask each other if such promotion is in effect or if I’m wrong. Also, avoid paying extra money and go to the corporate store that is by Lemon St. and Orangethorpe Ave. This store will charge you extra for activation and give you the wrong information. No wonder a lot of people get discouraged to switch to Metro as they come here to get the wrong information. If you to the corporate store they will be of better help and give you a better service.
