My mother and I had been a customer of this company and THIS particular store for the past 4 years with great customer service.
SADLY, it was her last encounter that encouraged her to leave.
In a nutshell, her phone battery died. That required her making numerous trips to the store. ( She no longer drives. Trying to schedule various rides was a nightmare. )
She was expecting a new battery, or at best, a new phone. Instead she was given both a used phone and battery on different occasions. Both were substandard and failed.
The final time, the store manager PROMISED her that all was well with the phone. She tried charging it that night and it was completely dead.
She recently switched to Verizon and is so far happy with the change.
