IF I COULD 0 STARS I WOULD. SO AWFUL, THEY EXTORTED MY FATHER. BE CAREFUL, MY FATHER TRIED TO RETURN A DEVICE 2 DAYS AFTER PURCHASING, THEY LIED AND SAID IT WAS DAMAGED I RETURNED TWICE AND THEY LATER SAID THERE ARE NO RETURN ONLY FOR INTERNAL ISSUES, HOWEVER POLICY STATES YOU CAN RETURN WITHIN 14 DAYS OF PURCHASE
