I visited this store twice and left disappointed, unable to solve my problem. Even to buy a new phone, I was told they didn't have it in stock, both days. They did call and check and I got it from another store. Customer service was not bad overall or a disaster, but could be better.

Clean environment. Very friendly staff. Sales agent Yasmin was kind helpful and very informative about the process. The service Ii received here was pleasant, respectful, and successful.

Terrible customer service, they need to close 'I felt discriminated against. .. Janette (Bumpy face) and Alondra (clogged artery) are the most disgusting Reps I have ever dealt with at a metropcs store. They are bringing metropcs Brand down. if they have been rude to me, I can't imagine what they have been to other people and it's just a matter of Time. It's real funny how I was able to get my needs met with Jessica at the metro store on McDonald and there was absolutely no problem. She gave excellent customer service, attention to detail,. Because of people Like her metro is still here .x The one star is for Jessica .
