this company doesn't honor anything listed on the receipt.
incident: a cell phone was purchased and returned 2 days later. The supervisor refused to give a refund, because it only applied to customers who had opened a "new line"
CONS: 1.)THE PARKING LOT IS ALMOST ALWAYS FULL 2.) RUDE SUPERVISOR 3.) THE STORE IS LOCATED IN A BAD AREA; PLEASE BE CAREFUL !!!!
On 6-25-22 I purchased a cell phone at this store: after the transaction was done I received a receipt stating "metro by T-Mobile will gladly assist you with your return....within 14 days of the purchase....."
On 6-29-22 I went to return the cell phone, with the box, with the accessories it came with, with the receipt, and the cell phone DID NOT have any PHYSICAL damage to it.
I spoke to the supervisor ROBERT GONZALES via phone and he refused to give me a refund, because he says the return policy on the receipt only applies to clients who opened a new line.
This store does. False advertisement and doesn't honor any of the policies they have in ''place''
I will report this business to the ftc, cfpb, bbb, and who ever oversees phone companies. Oh yeah small claims court to (:
