They are a nightmare usually I do not make reviews but this guy told my husband he needs to learn how to speak English even though English is not his first language either. he is just overall extremely rude and has no business being a salesman

This place was exactly as I expected... The only problem i had was trying to get my Verizon information so I could port my existing number. The helpful metro representative called metro porting and they were able to complete the entite transfer via 3 way call (me, metro PCS porting and Verizon customer service rep.) over the stores land line. The entire process took about 20 minutes. 👍
