This store allowed someone to obtain a devise fraudulently using our name, phone number and charged our bank account.

I came into this store to cancel my service because I was thinking I was getting a better deal with Cricket. And the sales rep Abe explained to me that my data would be restricted w/cricket for streaming and the Metro doesn't have those restrictions. On top of this I got Amazon Prime for free. Amazing deal and amazing customer service Abe. This is my go to Metro store moving forward.
