Today Aleem provided excellent customer service by being attentive to the people in line and acknowledged the wait time. He also was well informed about the product I was interested in and did everything he could.

Would definitely recommend this store. I locked myself out which I have never done before. Unfortunately I didnt figure it out and had to get a new phone. I went to two different stores and had two very different experiences. The first store (not this one) made feel bad and like I was dumb for forgetting my code. The staff at this store were friendly, understanding, didn't make me feel bad about locking myself out. They worked around not having access to my old phone. They offered different upgrades but didn't push the more expensive options. I was able to get my new phone with the same number and most or all of my information on my new phone. All in under 40 minutes. This will be my new store.

Horrible store. I've gone in multiple times to pay my phone bill and a few of those times they take my money and don't even renew my service for the month. Time and time again I've had these people attempt to steal my money. As well as every time I go in the men that work at this store make me obscenely uncomfortable by hitting on me and asking me personal questions, along with aggressively trying to sell me other devices when I've blatantly refused the offer. I have to have my friend come in with me every time now because I don't feel safe going alone. Super unprofessional store.
