I came in on Saturday 7/20 after leaving the Cricket store around the corner really upset. I felt like cricket was not loyal to me.
I was greeted by Neyda and Ceci, both of which were eager to help me and were very warm and friendly ! They listened to all my wants and needs (plus a little complaining about Cricket)!
I am now a HAPPY Metro customer thanks to this Store! . I am loving my new J7 and so is my wife! Our service is great at our home in Marysville!
This will be my store from now on! I am very happy I made the switch!
The girls working had amazing customer service with a BIG smile! They need a raise ! :)

Metros service isn't bad but stay away from this store. I had to go in because the phone that I bought online wouldn't transfer over. The two young ladies where not wearing masks when I went in and acted like it was sooo awful that I was there. When I told them what I needed one rolled her eyes and informed me it would be better to do it online, I told her that I tried to but it wasn't working, she rolled her eyes and muttered whatever. It took 5 minutes to get the phone working, turning that time I attempted to ask question or have a conversation, big fat no go. I don't know if these girls have heard of customer service but I doubt it. I might switch phone companies just to avoid ever going back in.

I had bought a phone that apparently had a “ no return policy “ due to it being a upgrade. I was never informed about that, so when I tried to return it the next day the girl had told me I can not return, when I asked why she never told me that she said “ I usually tell people it’s not returnable so I’m sorry “ yeah, because that did much help after the fact. And THEN the next day the phone literally would NOT charge and would NOT turn on. I tried calling around every metro PCS/ customer service to try and get some help. Basically. I was our $200 and had a broken phone. Do NOT go to this metro PCS. It might be all of them, but honestly that is the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life.
