We came in to replace a broken phone. The representative said we cannot replace the phone. She said our only option was to buy a new phone on a new line with a different number. She tried to sell us a phone we did not want on a plan we did not want and refused to allow us to purchase a replacement phone for the line we already had.

Sold products without being able to explain the price breakdown. Got a response from the owner and requesed to provide information. I did so but never heard back so down grading my review from 2 to 1 star.

They have excellent customer service. The best Metro store to visit !
