Went in very skeptical of wanting to upgrade my device due to bad experiences in the past I've encountered w/ other phone carriers but I left very VERY happy with my purchase. I had a very nice gal by the name of Tanya help me make my purchase, she was extremely knowledgeable of all the devices they carried in stock and was able to answer every one of my questions from how good the battery life is on the device to how much memory each device had. Thanks to her I left with a device that was within my price rage and capability of phone usage. She even thought ahead of myself and gave me a great deal on a phone case and protector to avoid having damage to my phone in case I drop it accidentally or my kids reach for it. I really recommend speaking to her when you visit this store she deff knows what shes talking about!

I went in last week to add a tablet to my line and the the lady over charged me. Seems they see a white person walk in and they want to over charges us. I wnt on to try and get my 20.00 back and all she did was make excuses. All of the metopcs stores are like that.
