Love my new phone but the guy that I will assume owns and operates the store is a bit pushy and remarked "I am a little bit dissapointed you went to the other store first" left a sour taste in my mouth. Will probably not go back to that store again.

Hi Gary was incredibly helpful and helped set up the phone for me. I was really glad I came here over the other stores. I would have still been waiting.

Came here so a few time to transfer my phone number to another phone. First time I was accused of “stealing” my phone that I paid for at Apple (this was a women accusing me) Second time I wanted to transfer my phone again to another phone I had and the guy was no help. Was saying that my phone was locked when it wasn’t so I told him what can he do (because I was certain it wasn’t blocked) he said nothing. Both time they were rude about it. I ended up going to another MetroPCS and they were very helpful with my phone, they even said it wasn’t blocked. Not sure if they’re racist or whatever but even my husband noticed how they treated me differently from other customers. Will never be coming here again.
