Stood at the kiosk next to AT&T for 40 min waiting for someone to show up that had a sign that read be back in 10 min. While she supposedly grabbed more phones which she never had in hand when she finally got there found out she went to her car and went to grab coffee... don't post a sign that reads 10 min when your going to be 40min. Poor customer service!! >:[

came to this location to try to pre order iphone 14 and asked for help from the employee there named “koko”. when i asked for helped she stared at me for a good 10 seconds and she called me a “stupid beaner” and told me to “go back to where i’m from”…. i then told her that i am from here and she then threatened to call security on me if i don’t leave… this is complete and udder unacceptable behavior… do not come to this location if you are hispanic. you will be met with extreme racism. worst metro pcs ever

Last night I went to the kiosk yourself to the mall to MetroPCS store to replace the phone my husband had lost because he's going on a trip this morning and need to have his phone. I was grateful that you hooked the phone up so quickly even though he was talking to other customers and bringing up items on the register please you can do a completed the deal and I left only to find out when I got home that he had hooked but my number up to the new phone not my husband's he was doing way too much and some other trailers Carefree when doing it I thought maybe she was just really good at his job turns out my husband went on this trip without a phone this morning because of his children and not paying attention I'm Furious pretty it defeated the whole purpose because when I got home they were already closed I hope that Metro PCS makes this right
