I received the absolute worst customer service from employees at this Metro location. They're rude, unprofessional, incompetent, lazy and arrogant! I highly recommend setting up a phone plan at a different location or otherwise different phone company all together. Wish I would have started an account somewhere other than in Paso Robles on spring st. I'm very very unsatisfied. Don't bother trying to call either they never answer 🙄😒👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻🍑💨💩

The lady working refused to give her name and proceeded to remove her name tag when I asked for her name. After not being able to get her to do her job and getting called names and cursed at while 7 months pregnant. She then proceeded to call the police whom did not find any reason I was in the wrong. Her photo will be uploaded to social media do avoid going to this location
