This metro store is very helpful. Amazing customer service, friendly staff, and they don't push you into buying anything you don't want. When I'm in the area I try and stop in just to see what's new

The girl that I spoke to today (12/23 at 1:15pm) over the phone that claimed she was the supervisor was very preoccupied and of not help at all. I called to get the number where printing is done at metro PCs in the same building right adjacent to the metro PCs service desk to find out if the email I sent for printing had been received. She was barely listening to me before telling me “I don’t know” then asked me “ What did you want again” I repeated the question and asked if I could get the number to the location where the printing is done…as a reminder, it’s in the same building adjacent to the service desk. She proceeds to tell me she doesn’t have the number or know how to get it. I asked to speak to a supervisor , she said she was the supervisor…really???. I guess customer service is a far gone concept. Never to be seen again….Is that how were training customer service employees these days?
