I called 611 and they told me to go to the nearest store to activate my cell phone. I went to the store 2380 mission st The lady who attended me Brenda, was very rude bad service, I explained her what I needed and she answered that she could not help me I told her I called 611 and they told me to come they provided me this address and I told her I would call back to 611 she answered they can't tell me how to do my job, I know how to do it( apparently she doesn't)I called back to 611 the agent asked me to communicate with her, which she refused to talk it was very disappointing. I was only looking for help, they should hire people who really know how to do their job or the company must teach her how to to be a real CSR, I might chance my provider. Thanks
