Metro let me know that I might have a wait for service. But they worked me into the next day’s schedule! Office personnel were great and The technician, Mark, was five stars. Knowledgeable, hardworking and friendly.

My old garage opener failed and came off the tracks. The electrical was shorting out and the door button broke all at once. Mark was efficient, knowledgeable, so friendly and was able to provide a wonderful up to code installation with all my questions answered and he was fast. Such a refreshing and pleasant experience from start to finish. There years of service at my home is why I won't use anyone else.
