I have to admit, I wasn't expecting to love working with an appliance store to buy a new washing machine. However, I called and Ocean picked up. She was super helpful. friendly, knowledgeable, kind and was able to wave her magic wand and get me a screamer deal on a new washer AND have it delivered the next day. Wow. I'm so happy with how all this played out - THANK YOU, Ocean!!! You're the best! I will be shopping at Metropolitan Appliance when my dryer goes out...which will be sometime soon. Hoping to get to work with Ocean again!

This is a great place to buy your appliances. Sales team was smart and nice. Knowledgeable about all of the vast array of products. The delivery team delivered pretty close to white glove treatment. Overall, very happy.

I needed to replace a failing electric range, but couldn't find its dimensions from the model spec anywhere. Ocean helped me identify compatible models, and recommended units that fit my criteria.

The installation team handles delivery, installation, as well as haul-away.

Everything was a breeze, all communications were through phone calls and emails. I didn't even have to visit their store!
