Everything here is spot on. From the service, the ambience to food and drinks. Top notch experience. There were about 14 of us and we were sat in a private area. The server was great and took care of everyone’s request. My favorite was the bone marrow and it was so decadent.

My fiancé took me here on a date night, as I've never been and I was not disappointed. We ordered half a dozen oysters as an appetizer and it came with this pink frozen champagne topper that was unlike anything I've ever tasted, it was absolutely divine. My fiancé never puts anything but lemon and salt on his oysters and even he was impressed with the topping. We both ordered some drinks, I got a peach spritz cocktail and a Moscow mule while my fiancé got a beer I can't pronounce nor spell but we were both happy with our drinks. For our main dish we got the prawn and dungeness crab fettuccine and it was amazing. It had many different kinds of mushrooms and asparagus, the prawn were very big and the sauce was so delicious. My fiancé had his modified without cheese or cream (he's weird, I know) and even with that they were very accommodating. Our server was amazing, offering very good tips and recommendations for our dining experience, also had a good balance between checking up on us and letting us enjoy our food. The one disappointment I'll say is I wasn't at all impressed with their crab cake, so I'm glad we only ordered one to try. I'm a huge fan of crab cakes and will usually try them at any establishment and based on the dinner I had, I wasn't expecting their crab cake to be lacking in flavor. It was bland and a bit soggy, there was a lack of any seasoning and also they used something as a binder I couldn't identify and it was strong tasting so it actually eclipsed the flavor of the crab. The one short coming with our dining experience, everything else was superb. The inside is well sized and a little dim with small lights at the table. It definitely looks like they kept with the original design which gave a feel of nostalgia and I definitely enjoyed it. I'd definitely return in the future.

TLDR - Food was amazing so was the service, 6 stars for this place!
Absolutely amazing! Every aspect of our evening at the MG was exactly what everyone who recommended it said it would be…5 Stars! From how quickly they seat your reservation, to how quickly someone has addressed your table, then to how relaxing and laid back the experience becomes. My wife and I could’ve spent 3 hours here easily just beachside of the service (I recommend giving yourselves at least 2 hours to really enjoy)… We had Bruno, what a gem! Knew everything about the restaurant and then some, his ability to answer questions about the food made our meal time experience that much easier! Absolutely Awesome! I had the boneless Ribeye, medium rare, with the house steak fries. The steak was melt in your mouth delicious, the fries were crunchy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, perfectly seasoned and served with what Bruno called “The House Red Sauce” lol, ketchup… good news was Bruno could get you pretty much anything to dip your fries in. Wife had the pork chop, which was massive, 2 bone sized chop with all kinds of fixings, she really enjoyed the Yukon gold potato pancake. All in all they should be able to give this place a 6th star! The also make the BEST Old Fashioned!
